Forged documents take on many forms. It may be a forged check, a will, a real estate document, a contract or any number of other types of documents. As a document examiner, I look at many different types of documents to determine if they are authentic or not. It is not my decision to determine whether or not they are forged. Forgery is a legal definition. It is up to a court of law to determine whether or not something is forged. My job is to determine whether or not the document is authentic.
